Noon Dismissal Today

Parents,

We want to make sure that the parents of our younger students are aware of today’s early dismissal.  This was not originally on the school calendar, but has been implemented to accommodate the Memorial Mass at 2:00 p.m. for Quinn Garrett, an eighth grade student at Sacred Heart.

Extended care will be available.

Please check your email for messages from Dyna and Mrs. Snow for more details about dismissal and the Memorial Mass.

SHCS Text Messaging

Parents, as mentioned in the flyer sent home with students on Tuesday, we are adding text messaging capability to SchoolMessenger Communicate, the system we use now for phone calls and emails. The system will be configured to send text messages to cell phone numbers whose recipients have agreed to receive them.

Recipients can easily opt-in by simply sending “Y” (or “Yes”), via text message to 67587

If we have an SMS text phone number for you on file AND you have not already opted-in by texting “Y” to 67587, on Tuesday, January 29th, you should receive the following text from 67587 requesting you to opt-in to continue receiving important informational text messages from SHCS:

“SHCS alerts. Reply Y 2 confirm, HELP 4 info. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg freq varies.schoolmessenger.com/txt”

You will not receive any further text messages if you do not reply Y to this text.  If you DO confirm and later want to cancel text messages, text STOP to 67587.
