As we guide our children and young people through life, we want them to make good decisions. Many of our young people are involved in sports. Chris Benzinger, a parent and coach and the director of Mission and Evangelization for the diocese, has instituted a program, Play Like a Champion Today. This program offers practical ways to be a strong athlete on and off the field. The articles are also helpful in developing sound decision making skills even if your child does not play athletics.
